Cyko AKA Cyko Logic

The name is Cyko, the mix CD is called My Names C.Y. Vol.1 - almost ready for release. Cyko has been behind the grime scene for too long, normally on DJ Garna’s set. He has been slowly causing a stir in North West London and has now started to be noticed by a wider audience.

Cyko-Logical has been interested in music for as long as he can remember. As an up and coming artist, Cyko hasn’t always been into the grime scene, he started on hip hop then later progressed onto the whole UK Grime thing as it kicked off.

Working with artists such as Ghetto Juvee, who at the time was doing shows in the area, Cyko was simply known as Manny a young rapper from Kensal Rise. Unknown to many, he was working with the likes of the Shallow Hart Crew appearing on various radio shows and building a fan base on both sides of the industry.

Eventually, Manny left the rap scene and decided to perfect himself as an MC. Going to various youth clubs, he became popular, noticed by other MCs and good feedback was always given from the public. He later joined Younger Mob (the youngers of Musical MOB) which also boosted his career. A lot of promotion was made from working in a more professional public environment such as featuring on various DVDs (I Got Lyrics, North West at Large) and doing raves and shows.
The crew broke apart for various reasons and everyone went their separate ways but Cyko was determined to pursue his career. Now known on the road, many crews tried to recruit Cyko; but with more industry links, Cyko just collaborated with many such as Piztol Pete and Storm trooper.

He later got back into contact with Juvee and collaborated with names such as Gappy Ranks. Cyko has been on the circuit for a while now and things are looking up for the talented guy. He has already shot his video titled My Verse and is shooting video after video.

Cyko is an artist with ambitions, not just an MC. Look out for big things from this guy!
